HollywoodNews.com: ‘Vampire Diaries’ star Nina Dobrev is certainly in shape, but she doesn’t do anything unhealthy in order to maintain her shape. Dobrev recently opened up to ‘Self’ magazine that she has no interest in starving herself like others in Hollywood might, states UsMagazine.com. “Starving to be skinny isn’t my thing. When I don’t eat, it affects my mood. On-set, I fuel up with small meals and I’m always grabbing high-protein snacks, like almonds. Chai lattes with espresso also keep me going,” Dobrev revealed about her diet. But in order to stay in shape, she does know that she has to work out: “I spin with Candice Accola and Claire Holt from the show.
